Δημήτρης Δημητρίου

Mr. D. Dimitriou was born in Athens and received his architectural degree from the University of Rome (Italy). In the year 1981, he established his own architectural firm d. dimitriou & partners architects. From 1988 he is president and CEO of D. DIMITRIOY ‘S.A.’. D. Dimitriou is an active member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Greek Architects Association, participating in several architectural and technical committees. He served as member at the bord of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Since 2002 he is elected member of the board of directors of Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry. From 2024 he is elected as Secretary General. Since January 2012 he was consultant to General Secretariat of Public Property at the Ministry of Finance and since February 2013 he also Head the Hellinikon Office, established in the same Ministry. He was appointed as President and CEO of the HELLENIC PUBLIC PROPERTIES CO. (12/2014-7/2015). Among his other activities, he acts as project and development manager to many Greek and Foreign companies related to construction, tourism development and real estate projects.
