Sophia Faltseta is a Senior Real Estate Expert at the Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC | ΕΤΑΔ), a subsidiary of the Growthfund. She has played a pivotal role in the firm’s strategic development and transformation since its inception. With a career defined by leadership and operational excellence, Sophia has served as Director across multiple departments, specializing in the commercialization of large-scale property assets and the optimization of Greece’s most significant public real estate portfolio. Prior to her tenure at HPPC, Sophia served as a Real Estate Associate at Lambert Smith Hampton Hellas SA.Her professional expertise is complemented by a strong commitment to the industry’s future; she currently serves on the Board of Directors of ULI Greece & Cyprus and the Kappa Initiative. Sophia was previously a board member of the Hellenic Valuation Institute (HVI | ΕΛΙΕ) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She holds an MSc in Economic & Regional Development and a postgraduate specialization in Real Estate Valuation from Panteion University, alongside a Diploma in Geology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her focus areas include urban regeneration, sustainability, and public-private synergies.
